Standard operating procedures

On the EXPLORE page, you can select the type of card, after which you are offered the option of browsing services, i.e. discounts on services. The services are classified by type and you can make your arrangements or plan by destination.

The card can be purchased on the SHOP page.

By clicking on the purchase icon, you enter the standard web-shop procedure.

After purchasing a Benefit card, you will receive a purchase confirmation and invoice by e-mail.

Also, in the second e-mail, you will receive a link which gives you access to your Benefit card, where you can browse the selection. Also, at this point you can cancel the used service!!

 

There are two Benefit cards: the Silver Benefit card and the Gold Benefit card

The Silver Benefit card costs 30 euros

The Gold Benefit card costs 45 euros

VAT is included in the price of the card.

If you want to buy a card on the R1 account, indicate this in the purchase option.

After purchase, you can use the card within one year, after which the card ceases to be valid.

When you activate the card, its duration is 14 days for the Gold Benefit card and 7 days for the Silver benefit card

 

The card is valid for one person only.

There is no card for children.
